Our beautiful facility supports our common spirit which builds upon mutual respect and a desire to improve oneself. From the moment you first visit us you will experience how happy people are to train together in the school. We believe this is because we treat each other as one big happy family.
 

When you feel like you are a part of something bigger than yourself, like a family for instance, and the circumstances are right, the possibility to increase ones self-esteem is drastic. In Horsens Selvforsvar Klub we work specifically to accommodate the circumstances in order to give realistic possibilities of increasing ones self-esteem. It is actually what our purpose is. We are convinced that when you have high self-esteem, that you are more capable of avoiding the situations where you can be exposed to danger.
